Refund and Return Policy

At Kascher Hues, we take every step to ensure your satisfaction with our swanky pieces. But if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept return of the product(s) subject to our return policy and the quality check performed by our team.

To initiate your return request:

  1. Drop a DM sharing your Order ID and concern to our team at @kascherhues on Instagram within 15 days of delivery of product(s). Our Team will address your concern within 48 hours.
  2. Once our team has accepted your return request, you can ship the product(s) to back to us using any courier delivery service and share the tracking details with our team on the same handle. Please ensure that the product(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags & packaging. The charges of reverse shipping shall be borne by the Customer alone and are not the responsibility of Kascher Hues.
  3. Once we receive the product(s), we carry out a detailed and extensive evaluation of the product(s). If the product(s) passes our quality check, your return shall be processed within 3-5 business days.
  4. Your return shall be processed in the form of store credit which may be availed against any future purchase. The store credit shall be valid for life and can be redeemed at any time.

If the product(s) fails to qualify the quality check, the product(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging product(s), except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
